Task Tracking Board
The teams tracked their tasks on Monday.com. This allowed each team to prioritize their tasks, assign developers to each task, track their estimated hours, and keep track of their actual hours as well.

JIRA Board
Our QA team would log bugs into the JIRA buglog and developers would get assigned tasks to fix the bugs by their lead. I was responsible for ensuring bugs were being catalogued and were being completed.

Sprint Prioritization
After each sprint, the team would have a milestone retrospective to review what we need to do in the next sprint. In this example, we tracked the movements of the AI and the trails they left behind to see what alterations needed to be made for their behavior.
